Correction is Better than Following after Foolishness!
It is much better to be called out for our sins or have someone correct us about our sins then to have someone encourage us to continue and go deeper in that sin. If your friends encourage you to continue in sin or encourage you to go into sin, they are not really your friends, leave them as soon as possible!
Ecclesiastes 7:5 “It is better to hear the rebuke of the wise, than for a man to hear the song of fools.”
